Track competitor website and pricing changes automatically

Paste a pricing page, homepage, or changelog. Radar for Agencies reads the main text once a day, one request per domain, and compares it with the last copy.

It follows robots.txt. It stops at a login, a captcha, or a challenge. It does not sign in or bypass a paywall. If the domain owner opts out, fetching stops.

This is competitor website monitoring of public text. It is not a traffic estimate or an ad report. A missing price means the price was not in the text.

Weekly AI summaries of what your competitors changed

When the week has a classified change, the email has two parts: what changed, and what to do. With an OpenAI key set, gpt-4o-mini writes that note. If the key is missing or the call fails, you still get a plain summary from the diff. Prices that were not on the page are not added.

Sample, from our Acme fixture, not a customer: Acme (price): Pro moved from $49/month to $59/month. What to do: update any proposal that still quotes $49.

The same summary is on the client report. One weekly email goes out per account, and only in a week that had a classified change.

Competitor pricing alerts

A price change is emailed after the daily check. Feature and messaging changes wait for the weekly summary. Cookie banners and “updated 3 minutes ago” lines stay out of the default feed.

Alerts land in email today. Slack is marked coming soon and is not connected. There is no hourly check. Hourly pricing checks are listed on Pro as later work.

The email names the page and the old and new public price when both are in the text. Open the live page before you quote the number to a client.

White-label competitor reports for agency clients

On Agency, and on a trial after you save a name in Settings, the report heading uses your agency name. Starter and Pro keep the Radar for Agencies name. There is no logo upload, no custom colors, and no PDF.

One account holds the list. Limits are 5 URLs on Starter, 25 on Pro, and 100 on Agency. Forward the page or the weekly email. The client does not get a login.

How it works

Add the rival pages. The first check is a baseline, not a change. The next check classifies a real difference as price, feature, messaging, or noise.

Price moves are emailed the day they are seen. The weekly summary says what to tell the client. An agency name, on Agency or during the trial, becomes the heading.

Sample snapshot from the Acme fixture: title, Starter $19/month, Pro $49/month, and a positioning line. That is public text, not revenue.

Get a free 3-URL competitor snapshot

Paste up to three URLs. The teaser and score appear before you enter an email. The full write-up is emailed when you ask. That step does not start daily checks.

The 14-day trial is separate. It rechecks the URLs you add, once a day, on the plan you pick. No card. Day 14 does not charge you.

No email yet. Up to 3 public URLs.

Plans from $29/month

Starter is $29 a month for 5 URLs. Pro is $79 for 25. Agency is $199 for 100. Every plan checks daily, classifies price, feature, and messaging, emails price changes, and sends the weekly summary. Agency adds your name on the client report.

You pick the plan at the start so the URL limit matches the list you want to try. Checkout waits until you upgrade, or until the trial has ended and you choose to continue.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Where alerts land

Email carries the price alert and the weekly summary. The same changes show in the account, with a pricing timeline after a scan saves prices. Slack is not connected. Stripe is used only when you upgrade or continue after the trial.

Competitor monitoring FAQ

What is a competitor monitoring tool?

It watches the public pages you choose, classifies real changes, and emails you. Radar for Agencies checks once a day, sends a price-change email when a check classifies a price move, and writes a weekly summary. It does not log in or bypass paywalls.

What happens on day 14 of the free trial?

Monitoring stops. No card is on file, so nothing is charged automatically. Checkout opens only if you upgrade during the trial or you come back after day 14 to continue. A paid charge can be refunded in full within 7 days.

Where do competitor pricing alerts land?

Email today. A classified price change is emailed after the daily check. Feature and messaging changes go into the weekly summary. Slack is marked coming soon and is not connected.

Who is competitor monitoring for?

Agencies that owe clients a weekly note, and SaaS founders watching a short list of rivals. One account holds the URLs. There are no separate client logins.

Does the free snapshot need a card or a signup?

No. Paste up to three public URLs. The teaser and competitive activity score stay on screen before you enter an email. The full write-up is emailed when you ask. The snapshot does not start daily monitoring.
